Carlisle 60 Mil TPO Tear-Off Roof Replacement on a Cleveland Warehouse

One of the most neglected roofs we have been on: a long one-story brick warehouse in Cleveland, now finished with a new 60 mil Carlisle TPO roof. We tore the original roof off section by section, which exposed steel decking so rusted that daylight showed through it in places. We replaced extensive amounts of that rusted steel deck, then installed Carlisle polyiso roof insulation and the 60 mil Carlisle TPO membrane over it. Tearing off down to the deck is what made those repairs possible. No wet or worn-out material got sealed under the new roof, and the structure isn't carrying two roofs. The 60 mil Carlisle TPO is a heavy single-ply membrane with heat-welded seams, and its white surface reflects summer sun to help keep the building cooler. Pring Roofing is a Carlisle authorized applicator replacing commercial and industrial roofs in Cleveland, Brook Park, Parma, Garfield Heights, Independence and throughout Cuyahoga County.

Completed 555-square commercial roof replacement on a large one-story industrial warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio. The new roof is a .060 mil Carlisle TPO membrane over two staggered layers of 2.6" polyiso insulation. The top layer's seams are offset from the ones below, for about 5.2" of insulation and roughly R-30 across the deck. Every rooftop mechanical unit and pipe penetration was flashed and detailed into the new system. The white membrane reflects summer sun to keep the building cooler, and the added insulation cuts heating costs in winter. Pring Roofing is a Carlisle authorized applicator serving commercial buildings across Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.
