3. Payments

• A deposit may be required prior to starting work.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services, unless stated otherwise in the contract.

• Payment methods accepted include cash, check, and electronic transfer.

• Financing is available through our third-party partner, Hearth, subject to their terms.

4. Financing Disclaimer

Pring Roofing partners with Hearth to offer financing options. All financing is subject to credit approval and terms set by Hearth and its lending partners. Pring Roofing is not responsible for loan decisions, rates, or approvals.

5. Warranties

We offer warranties based on the type of roofing service and material used. Warranty terms will be outlined in your contract. Manufacturer warranties are also applicable where available.

Please read your warranty documentation carefully. Damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or third-party interference may void the warranty.

6. Site Access and Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide access to the property as needed to complete the project. This includes access to the roof, driveway, and other necessary areas.

Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and informing us of any known hazards.

7. Limitations of Liability

Pring Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to roofing work, including but not limited to water leaks, structural damage, or delays caused by weather or supply chain issues.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the contract or repair work performed.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

If you choose to cancel the project after a contract has been signed and materials ordered, you may be responsible for restocking fees or costs incurred to date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, and written text is the property of Pring Roofing and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

10. Changes to Terms
